Favourable location not far from the clubhouse for breakfast, eating places, gas station down the street, and Walmart, Target 10mins away and grass and garden areas, I felt safe. The breakfast offered cookies and eggs.

Comfortable beds, a kitchenette and closet space in the room. Centrally located in a very good neighborhood, greatly enjoyed this place.

When we arrived, our Mobility Access room with walls blue paint tape on ceiling as well as a large tub was ready.

Greatly enjoyed the a double room in the fireplace, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The hotel was near Overland Park which is a very "upscale " neighborhood, the pathway of traffic for others and seemingly safe neighborhoods thanks to its decent and easy location. It also was in the strip mall behind Starbucks.

We enjoyed having breakfast in the café. It was a comfy and decent location near Overland Park and the KC area and the KC metro area.

Everything is really good, I would recommend the hotel. This is a brand-new fairly clean venue providing well-kept and brand-new rooms. It's centrally located, has professional staff at the reception desk. Besides, an affiliated art museum is 5 minutes' drive away. The hotel provides warm and excellent breakfast.
